Curious because of posts made by some Tagum City personalities, we went to Bulakor. We ordered the Bulakor, Bulalo, and Chicken Biryani. These are some of their bestsellers.
We just want to have light meal since it is already nighttime, so our orders were just solo sizes but we were so full! They are delicious.
The place is big, and not too busy at that time. Relaxing also because it is away from the busy city, and an open space so it is kinda cool.
There are a lot of choices on their menu, so that means we will be back again to try their other meals. I want to try the Balbacua, too bad it is unavailable that time.
No problem with parking because they have a big parking space. Your vehicles are safe while you dine.

I like this book because it is action-packed right from the start. Every description the author makes, I am taken away. This is also because I am familiar with the scientific terms since I took up Biology in college.
Although I like how the pacing and the action is, it was not that intense when they found out who the real culprit is. The discovery is not that thrilling, and the reason for making the crimes is not that mind-blowing . It is also predictable that he is the culprit.
This is my 2nd book of Robin Cook and I enjoy reading his medical thrillers. I have 1 more TBR and I am excited.

“Do not sleep with makeup on” is one of the rules in skin care to prevent skin from irritation and breaking out. Although we are trying our best to remove all the makeup in our face before we sleep, sometimes it is just too difficult. Yes, I am speaking from experience where I washed my face several times and it already felt dry. I also used several products but traces of makeup is still on it . This may be because we are using the wrong product.
Lately, I discovered a product that thoroughly cleanses the face and removing all the makeup on it. Honestly, I just discovered how great this product is out of curiosity. And indeed, the time has come. I finally let the Beaute L’ Creme Decollage of Beautederm from the Beaute L’ Elixir line out to be tried. Surprisingly, it did great! I tried it with full makeup on. I pumped the cream 2 or 3 times on my hand then gently massage it on my face. It gives a cool and relaxing sensation on my face. Just got my eyebrows microbladed and made more beautiful by Cherish of Skin Republik.
Hailed as one of the best eyebrow artists in the Philippines, Cherish learned the latest technique from a reputable school abroad and apply it in her clients in Tagum and coming from different municipalities.
What is microblading?
Microblading process is just an hour and a half.
Price is so affordable. Depends on the assessment on what your eyebrows really need.
There is pain, and the level depends on your tolerance. Getting a permanent tattoo is more painful than microblading. And anesthesia is applied before the procedure.
The aftercare is troublesome, yeah! You have to make sure that the eyebrows are kept dry. That means no excessive sweating, refrain from humid places and you have to find ways to take a bath without making your eyebrows wet. HOW? IMAGINE THAT!
Results vary depending on how you take care of it.
The FINAL results can be seen after a month, after the retouch.
Here are my pictures during the preparation. The eyebrows were set and through an eyebrow pencil, Cherish made an outline of the eyebrows that will be filled with ink later. She enhanced the shape of my eyebrows that will really complement my eyes and entire face.
During the process, I felt pain but it was tolerable. I know my eyebrows will be much better after this.
My eyebrows are now more defined. After a month, I will be back for the retouch because in a week or two, the color will fade since this is just a semi-permanent tattoo. The retouch will add more color that will last in 1 or 2 years. Overall, I really love it.

The most amazing book sale has opened again in Davao City from November 23 to December 2, 2019!
Although the Big Bad Wolf has already visited Davao City last year and in the same location, people still flocked because of the low-priced, latest released or hard-to-find books in all genre. People from all ages really enjoy the Big Bad Wolf caravan.
The Big Bad Wolf and other influencers including the Davao Bloggers Society were given VIP tickets to be given to their avid followers through a raffle giveaway. I was given 20 tickets and my winners were mostly from Tagum City. Most of those who joined were parents so that they can bring their kids with them to the exclusive opening for VIPs, on a limited time. Then it will be open to the public after.
There are more books this year compared to last year, but during my visit, I only found few books sold in sets. There were Harry Potter and Maze Runner in sets. I did not buy any because my daughter already had the books.
I hope Big Bad Wolf will visit Davao City again so that we can buy cheaper, good quality books to add to our collection.

Did you know that all the furniture in the new branch is from Korea? Indeed, the owner, Mr. Daniel Bong, is a Korean who married a Filipina from Panabo City, Ms. Marie Bong. In Korea, he studied hair care and even finished a higher degree which made him an excellent hairdresser. He trained his staff very well just like what he learned in Korea. With the kind of services they are offering, this makes Aqua frequently visited by customers and the main reason why they opened another branch is to accommodate the growing number.
Since they want to offer the best to customers, they added the skin care services so that it will be like a one-stop shop. Customers will no longer transfer to another establishment for facial services.
As a newbie, I tried the MC 2 treatment. I forgot to ask what MC means but the treatment is for making your scalp healthy. Healthy scalp means healthy hair. I tell you, I felt sleepy during the treatment because the staff massaged my scalp so nicely that I want to sleep. After applying all the products, she also massaged my scalp with the rotating machine that felt so good. The products, mostly from Mielle Professional, felt minty that I was so relaxed and calmed.
MC 2 can be a regular treatment especially if you have persistent dandruff, falling hair or just unhealthy scalp. I also let my daughter tried this because of her dandruff due to allergies. She also liked it.
Just recently, I tried their hair color services and I also loved it. Mielle Professional products was used and my color was Rose Violet, though not really that visible in the photo. It suited me and my skin tone. I think I will be a regular customer of Aqua.

I think people, especially women who have skin problems have heard of Beautรฉderm. Why?
